This is a cronicle of my life as a full-time nightshift call center agent. My work life will officially begin on the 17th of July, 2006. But is training part of work life already? If not, then my career begins in August. Oh well, I’m excited to call myself “employed” so let’s just leave it at that.
Could I be working in Convergys, Accenture, NuComm, Teletech, PeopleSupport, Winsource Solutions Inc., DELL, Teleperformance, E-Telecare, Client Logic, Sykes, Link2Support, Ambergis Solutions, IBM, Citel, etcetera…? I don’t know, I don’t really want to tell. Just follow my journey in this controversial and much-talked-about industry. Good day.
